What We Do

What is Life CoachingHelping Kids Reach Their Full Potential.

Life Coach for Kids is for ALL kids! We help individuals identify strengths and weaknesses, set goals, develop a plan of action, and overcome obstacles to help them reach their fullest potential.

Whether they have something specific they are struggling with, or simply want to take something to the next level of excellence, Life Coach for Kids can help!

Vision

Schools and homes filled with confident, resilient children who take responsibility for their actions and take pride in their accomplishments. They understand that their mistakes are opportunities for growth, and their problems are simply obstacles to overcome.

Mission

To guide kids on a journey of self discovery, and coach them to realize and become excited about their full potential. By becoming effective communicators, problem solvers and positive thinkers, they will build confidence, character and self -esteem. They will learn how to set and achieve goals that will help them to be successful in all areas of their life.

Strategy

We use powerful questioning methods that help children identify obstacles that are preventing them from attaining their goals and reaching their full potential.  There will be times when the child, simply can’t figure out where to start. The coach will then offer suggestions and the two will discuss possible outcomes, so the child is able to decide on their best course of action. Together, the coach and child will map out a plan. “Lifework” AKA homework will be assigned and the process will begin. The coach will hold the child accountable and the child will begin their journey toward reaching their fullest potential.

As your child works through this process, you may notice some growth in the following areas:

  • Increased confidence
  • More self-motivation
  • Taking responsibility for actions
  • Better relationships with parents, siblings and peers
  • Better time management
  • Balance between work and play
  • Decreased stress and anxiety
  • Willingness to take healthy risks
  • More empathy and compassion for others
  • Making better choices regarding friends
  • Increased leadership skills
